
1. Minimum Age Requirement
All renters must be 25 years of age or older at the time of rental. A valid government-issued driver’s license is required. Temporary licenses are not accepted.
2. Driver Verification
All renters must submit a valid driver’s license (front and back), provide accurate personal information, and consent to identity verification. Thrive & Drive reserves the right to deny or cancel any booking if verification requirements are not met.
3. Payment Policy
Full rental amount is due at time of booking. A security deposit authorization hold will be placed on the renter’s card at pickup. All payments must be made using a valid credit or debit card in the renter’s name. Cash payments are not accepted.
4. Security Deposit Policy
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.
Wrangler Sahara – $500
Gladiator (Lifted) – $750
Wrangler Sahara Rubicon (Lifted) – $750–$1,000
The deposit is released within 3–5 business days after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, violations, or unpaid fees are identified.
5. Mileage Policy
Rentals include ______ miles per day. Additional miles will be charged at $______ per mile.
6. No Off-Roading Policy
Vehicles are strictly prohibited from off-road use, trail driving, sand dunes, rock climbing, or desert terrain use. Evidence of off-road activity may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and additional charges.
7. Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind (including vaping or marijuana) is strictly prohibited. Violation results in a minimum $300–$500 cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit.
8. Late Return Policy
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon time. Late returns may incur hourly fees or a full additional day charge if exceeding the grace period.
9. Cancellation Policy
Full refund if canceled 72 hours prior to pickup. 50% refund within 72 hours. No refund within 24 hours of pickup time. No-shows are non-refundable.
10. Delivery Policy
Delivery is available within Las Vegas, including Harry Reid International Airport and select hotel properties. Delivery fees vary based on location and require 24-hour notice.
11. Damage & Responsibility
Renter is fully responsible for any damage occurring during the rental period, traffic violations, tolls, parking citations, towing charges, and loss of keys.
12. Insurance Requirements
Renters must provide proof of valid auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles or purchase approved protection coverage if offered.
13. Prohibited Use
Vehicle may not be used for racing, ride-sharing (Uber, Lyft, etc.), illegal activity, subleasing, or driving outside permitted geographic boundaries.
14. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on financial institution.
